Yoga for Adults

Stretch, Strengthen, Energize, Breathe, Relax…
Experience the many benefits of Kundalini Yoga! Increase flexibility, strength,
and stamina. Relax and de-stress in a welcoming, non-competitive environment.
Join us Wednesday evenings this fall. Appropriate for all levels. Beginners are
welcome! Space is limited, so registration will guarantee your spot.
Five-week series– (Chapel) Wednesdays: November 11 and 18, December 2, 9, and 16
Fee: $50 for the series (Checks made out to Wendy Oeser-Rhein) Leave in church
office.
$12/class drop-in fee
Bring a yoga mat and a small pillow or cushion. Wear comfortable, stretchy
clothing.
Instructor: Wendy (Harnam Kaur) Oeser-Rhein
Wendy is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor (200-hour level), and she holds a
certificate in Radiant Child Yoga, Levels I and II. For over ten years, Wendy
has studied many styles of yoga, including Ashtanga, Hatha, Anusara, Yin Yoga,
and Power Yoga, as well as Kundalini. While all styles of yoga have their
benefits, Wendy chose Kundalini as her primary practice because Kundalini Yoga
is a technology which benefits body, mind, and spirit, and it is accessible to
people of all abilities. She enjoys sharing this wonderful technology with
adults and children of all ages.

Body/Mind/Spirit Walking/Talking
Saturday mornings, 8:00am – 9:00am
This is a supportive movement
opportunity for people to walk/talk during good weather, and do some light
inside aerobic activities in bad/cold weather and talk about self-care issues.
This will include occasional affirmation-talks from life coaches.
