Music Director:  Warren Olsen Warren Olsen

Born and raised on Staten Island, New York, Warren graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in sociology. He describes his musical education as “formally self-taught.”  His early classical piano (and accordion!) lessons gave him the skills he needed to master the upright bass and bass guitar. Warren has since played bass and keyboards with many rock, pop, folk, and jazz groups around New England.  He also lived in Germany for four years and toured northern Europe, playing original music in a five-piece band that included his former wife, singer/songwriter Luanne Crosby. Warren also plays the trombone in a local Big Band and served as musical director for the Westborough Players Club 2001 production of “I Do! I Do!” and the 2003 production of "Mother Goose, Inc.”  Still active in local theatre "pit bands", jazz and rock groups, he has been the organist and choir director for our church since 1996.  You can reach Warren at WarrenOlsen@charter.net.
